• Attach clear photos of the product when requesting a return so we can verify its condition.

Return Options

If your return is approved, you may choose from:

• A full refund of the purchase amount;
• An alternative product of similar value;
• A discount code for a future purchase.

Return Shipping Costs

✅ Free return shipping is offered in the following cases:

• The product is defective, incorrect, or damaged upon arrival;

Returns made after this period or without prior approval will not be accepted.

• Image of the shipping label on the package;
• Proof of shipment with visible tracking number.
• Items returned without prior contact or outside the return policy will be returned to sender without further notice.

Refund Timeframe

After receiving and approving the returned item, we will process your refund within the following timeframes:

• Credit card: Up to 45 business days, depending on your card issuer.
• Other payment methods (e.g., iDEAL, Bancontact): Up to 14 business days.
