• Express Shipping ($4.99): Faster delivery available for a fixed fee of $4.99 (if selected at checkout).

Standard delivery takes approximately 8 to 12 business days from the date of shipment. In rare cases—such as postal service delays—delivery may take up to 30 business days.

We guarantee the delivery of your order. If your package is lost or damaged prior to receipt, we will resend the item at no cost or offer a full refund.

• If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or recipient absence and is returned to us, the reshipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
